COPE #103542-GL
Event #132615
Expiration Date: 3/26/2029

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course provides a practical approach to evaluating optic nerves that don’t follow classic glaucoma patterns. Using real-world cases, participants will learn how to interpret OCT and visual fields in challenging eyes, recognize common mimickers, and identify red flags that require closer monitoring or referral.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

• Differentiate glaucomatous optic neuropathy from common mimickers
• Interpret OCT and visual fields in anatomically atypical eyes
• Design safe and efficient follow-up plans
• Identify neuro-ophthalmic red flags and outline appropriate workup pathways

This presentation was recorded at the Glaucoma Symposium in February 2026. The conference received unrestricted educational grant support from Alcon.
