A case that highlights the importance of early recognition and management of choroidal detachments with emphasis on clinical presentation, diagnostic findings, and therapeutic intervention to ensure a successful recovery of choroidal attachment without surgical intervention. This course was recorded at our NW Residents Conference in June 2025
