COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In a grand round formats, Pacific University, College of Optometry residents will present This lecture outlines a case of chronic ocular inflammation with concurrent floppy eyelid syndrome (FES), will discuss the management of a veteran patient with recurrent anterior uveitis secondary to Behcet’s disease and discuss and case report of neurosyphilis and Lyme panuveitis

  • Demonstrate the unique and vital role of ODs in anterior uveitis co-management
  • To Educate about work up and diagnosis of systemic disease following panuveitis
  • Diagnose floppy eyelid syndrome and acquired lax eyelid syndrome and initiate proper medical treatment and relevant surgical referrals
